We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions
- Returns must be sent to us within 30 days after they have been delivered.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please make sure you use shipping carrier with tracking information, we are not liable for any returns lost during transit.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties or customs incurred as well as any shipping fees.
- Gift sets must be returned in their entirety, partial returns will not be accepted.
- Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase including the order number in your return.

Please note: items can only be returned for a refund of the price paid after any promotions or discounts.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So we can help you with your issues.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 days cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please use the formula provided in our Refund Policy. The form must be sent to us via Email or post.
When a shipment from Marjorie Jewels is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and the return shipping expenses.
Please note that in certain instances, the shipping carrier might deem the package as abandoned, leading to it being disposed of. Consequently, such orders won't be eligible for a refund.
